Why Spain?

Mi Vida, the Spanish meaning of “My life”. Because my whole life takes place in both Belgium and Spain. From a very early age my heart, interests and passion were in Spain. I have traveled far and wide, but each time I came back to Spain, it feels like “home” here. The Spanish mentality, the tapas and vino, the beautiful language, culture and the Spanish feria, the hospitality and of course, especially the beautiful weather!

Sun, sea, beach, blue sky and beautiful mountains, that makes you a different person. But one established fact is that my roots are in Belgium, my warm family and nice friends, all the little ones and successors in our family, my network of clients, my knowledge and connections in the real estate world and legal sector. I often went back and forth between a job in the real estate sector in Belgium until I got tired of the rainy weather and went back to the real estate world in Spain, but then had to deal with the lack of family.

So I had to come up with something so I could combine the best of these 2 worlds!

This time my own story, my own business, my own choices, my own design, my own operation but above all my own concept.

I do not act for one party, I assist both to achieve the best result.

How do I guide you in Spain?

More and more people want a house in the sun, to escape the Belgian weather, an investment to rent out or often to live permanently. Some know exactly what they want and especially where in Spain they want it, others have never been to Spain.

Looking for a property in Spain is different for everyone, this is tailor-made!

Our first conversation starts in Belgium, at home in your familiar environment. Not everyone wants to show off their wishes and budget at fairs or joint information evenings.

My experience in Spain and my extensive network directly with project developers and local offices ensure that I am aware of the latest new properties and developments.

But I am also increasingly asked to look for an existing home, something that is already tangible and fixed. On site, I collaborate with trusted and well-known offices that assist me perfectly in this.

I work one-on-one for you according to your wishes! Are you on holiday locally and only want to see a few properties? Are you actively looking for several days? Would you rather explore the region yourself during your holiday? Or would you like me to do some preliminary research before your holiday?

From a visit to your home with an honest estimate, requesting the necessary mandatory documents, placing your property on real estate websites, negotiating and drawing up contracts to the notarial deed and key transfer. We agree on a fixed amount for this so that you can save high commissions. All you have to do is show potential buyers around.

The most important thing is to determine the region that suits you or which you prefer. Costa Blanca North -Denia, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Costa Blanca South Alicante, Torrevieja, La Zenia, Costa Calida-San Pedro, Pilar, Murcia, Costa del Sol-Malaga, Mijas, Marbella, Estepona. Would you prefer another Costa? No problem either!

Hello, welcome to my website! I'm glad you came to take a look and are curious about who I am, what I do and, above all, what I can do for you.

I am Inge, 42 years old, born and raised in Neeroeteren. A sub-municipality of the beautiful Maaseik located in Limburg close to our beautiful forest walking & cycling trails around our nature parks Bergerven and the famous Terhills, as well as many sailing routes on the Maas. As you can see, I am certainly sold on our region, our close-knit village here in Belgium, but also once again on sunny Spain.

As a recognized BIV real estate agent, I have been active in the real estate and legal sector for years in both Belgium and Spain.
